9:45 Friday Morning Web Exercise: Completion of Portfolio V1.

After seeing our progress yesterday, I think we could all use this hour before break to continue working on our Portfolio. I have taken our web design project for today and pushed it back to next week.

As we have an extra morning for this assignment, the weight of it goes up -> now its even more important you get it done correctly and on time.

Let’s use our extra time wisely, and work quietly.

11:30 Morning Sketching Content

Working of this weeks article of Snowboard Art, we are going to start a unit where we focus on snowboard design.

We will take this through steps

brainstorming out potential designs (today)
sketching out larger sized draft
creation of snowboard art / design digitally

As we are at the start of this process we are going to brainstorm out potential ideas. I have a blank template which we will all start with that has 6 blank snowboards. Fill out all six. You can either:

Have all 6 follow the same theme such as abstract, or cartoon,
Go in all sort of different directions, one abstract, one text based, one landscape based, etc.

Sign, date and place on the back table by lunch – I am grading these at 12:00.
