11:00 Logo Design

Since the Fair is this week, we will be redesigning the logo for the Champlain Valley Exposition where the fair takes place. You can find their current logo on their homepage.

You will be first sketching out atleast 10 ideas on paper before starting work in Photoshop. These should be quick sketches of where wording will go and maybe a symbol to compliment the text.

Requirements:

• Photoshop.
• 1280 x 1280 at 300 dpi.
• The words “Champlain Valley Exposition”.
• Color pallet from colourlovers saved to the bottom right corner. This color pallet should represent Vermont.

When you are complete your 2 files designs for the CVE, upload them to your week_01 folder as cve.png  and cve.psd.

In the spirit of the fair and related to this mornings project, you will be designing the logo for the Champlain Valley Fair itself.

• Color pallet from colourlovers saved to the bottom right corner. This color pallet should reflect both Vermont and the fair itself.

When you are complete your 2 files designs for the Champlain Valley Fair, upload them to your week_01 folder as cvf.png  and cvf.psd.
