This morning you will be creating a tip calculator as a PHP review assignment.

I should be able to chose 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% tip. I also want a spot to leave a comment; so when I submit the form I will see the subtotal, tip, total with tip and a comment listed.

Example Printout:

Requirements:

• Valid XHTML and PHP page
• Text input for bill amount
• Radio buttons to chose from tip amounts: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%
• Text input for first name
• Text input for last name
• Text input for email
• Text input for comments
• PHP page should be formatted nicely like the example above

When complete upload as ‘tip.html’ and ‘tip.php’ to your ‘week_05′ folder to both partners websites.

Since we redesigned the Cawd website, the business cards and brochures we have are useless. We need a new set of business cards to match our new site, color scheme and texture.

Use the following pages here and here to find tutorials and ideas for your design for today and Wednesday. Make sure you pick a design that fits Cawd homepage look and my awesomeness.

Requirements:

• 2 x 3.5 inches
• 300 dpi
• Photoshop or illustrator
• Separate front and back png

When complete upload as ‘cardFront.png’ and ‘cardBack.png’ to your ‘week_05′ folder.
