- Quick Photoshop Primer on some content you will need for this afternoons work project. We will review Tuesday AM.
12:50 Monday and Wednesday afternoon Photoshop Exercise: Web Tutorial from Six Revisions.
Six Revisions is a website for Web Developers and Designers. They have articles, news, and tutorials. Today and Wednesday you will be working one of their tutorials for SmashingDzine.
** You are getting two afternoons (today and Wednesday) to work on this. We expect that your final .psd looks exactly like the authors final image. At the end of your tutorial if it does not, continue to tweak until it does.
As with all of our layouts, prepare to make your life easier down the road by using lots of layers, groups, and labels. This tutorial really pushes this idea…make sure to follow the instructions.
By Wednesday afternoon save two copies as “smashing.psd” and “smashing.png” and upload to Week 22.
